Seasonal Influenza and Covid Vaccinations Autumn 2025

 
We are working through all eligible patients and sending them a text message with a URL link to book directly into our Flu clinics.
 
Flu Clinics start from 1st of September for children 2 - 3 years old and those that are currently pregnant.  Clinics for Adults over 65 years and those 6 months to 64 years that are at higher risk will begin from the 1st October.
 
We will be providing Covid vaccinations this season. There will be separate clinics for those eliglible to have covid vaccination (and a flu vaccination)  available to book into soon. All eligible patients (immunosuppressed and over 75 years) will be invited as soon as the clinics are added. Please note: if you do not receive a message or telephone call from us, then you are not eligible for an NHS Covid vaccination.  Please contact our reception staff who will be able to check your notes and advise you if you are not sure.
 
To clarify: the two vaccinations can be given together. We will only be administering covid vaccinations during the week, not in our Saturday clinic. If you are eligible for a covid vaccination you will receive an invite to book an appointment during the week. You can have your flu administered at the same time.
 
Please help us with the telephone queues and use the URL link to book your slot. Remember to confirm your slot when asked on the last page, only then your appointment is booked.
 
Please remember to note the date you have booked for your appointment as there may be a few weeks between booking and the day your appointment is.  If your plans change for the day you have booked, contact the surgery and we can assist you to rearrange a suitable time.

Blood Tests

 

If you are a patient of this surgery and have been advised to have a blood test by a doctor or other clinician, then you can make an appointment to have your blood taken here at the surgery.

Appointments for these can be booked for Monday - Friday mornings only.  Please speak with our receptionists to arrange a suitable time and date.

Alteratively you can book an appointment at Burnham Clinic by phoning 01621 727600.  They offer appointments Tuesday and Friday mornings and Thursday afternoons.
