You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. The surgery team will assess your request and send a suitably qualified member of our wider Primary Care Network team to visit. Please note, this may not be a GP but the member of staff attending will have the full support of a GP if it's required.
You will only receive a visit you at home if the surgery team think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
